Hotel seemed fine at first. check in was fast but we barely understood the lady who checked us in. huge language barrier. area is well kept up but as soon as we entered the room it hit us. the smell of mildew and mold. was exhausted from our trip and just needed to sleep. The smell got worse and worse throughout the night amd when we looked up you could see all the black mold on the ceilings. it was also in the bathroom. I get florida is humid but this is a bit unreal. our parents were in a room next building over and their room looked very unclean. strange smell as well. wasnt expecting too much from this place but if you have breathing problems or allergic to mold I wouldn't suggest. the pool was nice. would go and complain but no one speaks English. I guess you get what you pay for. we used RCI to book this with points. hopefully RCI sees this and can maybe take care of it. photos below shows mold all throughout the ceilings.

Well cared for property with a nice pool and fun children's play area. The rooms are big and clean, close to amenities, ample parking. Love the small touches of make up removing wipes and a cosmetics hand towel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Just stayed another two nights and there were quite a few issues with check in and the room. Fully booked and only 1 bldg with working elevator. Updates in some of the rooms still need tweaks. Pepe was incredibly helpful and apologetic about door closing issue. Front desk was as incredibly helpful as can be.

This place is awesome its been nicely renovated with kitchenettes & kept very clean in the rooms & on property. If there is an issue you may have with a room they will change the room for you without any issue doing that for thier guest. They have a very friendly staff, provide an awesome breakfast buffet! They welcome pets!! I would give them 5 stars if they lowered the $150 deposit & prices in thier snack machines prices arent realistic when there is a racetrac right next to the property! Its alot to ask for a deposit if you dont have kids or a pet with you in my opinion. Other than the high cost of refundable deposit & snack machine this place is exceptional with onsite laundry rooms. This is my go to lately due to my home renovations because its close by my home & everything in walking or bike riding distance. I recommend this place to friends who travel with pets or family. If you want a quiet relax stay just make sure your not near the pool cause during the day the kids playing echoe thru the building next to pool area. It isnt bad though just if you want silence make sure your not near the pool. Security 24 hrs on site walking around making it feel safe! He has even questi
